• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, load requirements, and site information. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate client-provided data.

2. Ordering and Payments

• Order Confirmation: An order is only considered “final” once a written purchase agreement is signed and the required deposit is received.
• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms require a deposit at the time of order, with the balance due prior to or upon delivery, unless credit terms have been formally approved in writing.
• Credit Applications: Submission of a credit application through our site does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to deny credit based on our internal risk assessment.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Lead Times: Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing bottlenecks, supply chain issues, weather, or third-party freight carriers.
• Site Readiness: You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible for heavy equipment. Any redelivery fees or stand-by charges incurred due to site issues will be billed to the customer.
